Post-surgical Orthopedic Excellence Program

PT Clinic of Paris has entered a contract partnership with OnCall home health to bring excellent post-operative care and management to area residents. If you choose OnCall as your home health provider, you will be immediately started on physical therapy services by one of our outpatient physical therapists that will be able to follow you from home health to outpatient when you are ready to do so. Most patients are ready to transition to outpatient physical therapy around the two week post-op follow up so starting your care in home with one of our therapists allows for effective and efficient physical therapy management from start to finish. Our team will communicate with the surgeon, case management, home health, and outpatient group to ensure a quick and easy transition without a lapse in care.
